Welcome to our cozy house on the Scharmützelsee!
The house is built in the Danish country house style (wood construction) and is located in Marina Park, 100 m. from the beach. Families with and without children will find a fascinating landscape with great destinations for swimming, sailing, hiking, and much more. Einkaufsmögligkeiten and restaurants are only a few meters.

The house is located in the midst of one of the most beautiful natural landscapes in Germany. The Oder-Spree district is not only known by Fontane, but also for its healing hot springs. The untouched landscape in close proximity to Berlin is probably unique.
Our villa has a floor area of 81qm and is spread over two levels. Two wooden terraces on the ground floor and a balcony on the upper floor for several people offer an individual retreat.
In the house, up to six beds available. The living room and bathroom with a heated floor, that bathroom with a jacuzzi and sauna. The house is tastefully furnished in a country style. Exposed beams and the fireplace create a cozy atmosphere.
